2. Accepting these terms

By downloading, accessing or using the App or this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

3. Who can use the app

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the App. By using the App you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. We may ask for proof of age at any time and will close accounts that belong to anyone under 18.

4. Your account

• You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your login details private.
• One person may not hold multiple accounts to get around a ban or to manipulate rankings or rewards.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

5. Coins and virtual gifts

• Coins are a virtual item bought inside the App. They can only be used to send virtual gifts and unlock features within the App.
• Coins and gifts have no real-world money value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users outside the App, or sold to third parties.
• All purchases of coins are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where we decide otherwise.
• We may change coin prices, gift types and gift values at any time.
• Coins bought from unofficial sellers are not supported and may be removed, and the accounts involved may be suspended.
• If your account is closed for breaking these terms, any unused coins will be lost.

6. Host program

Users who apply and are approved as hosts may receive points when viewers send them gifts. Points can be redeemed only under the separate Host Program rules, which include identity verification, minimum thresholds, processing times and fees. Being a host does not make you our employee, agent or partner. Hosts are responsible for any taxes on rewards they receive. Hosts who join a registered agency also agree to that agency’s terms, and we are not responsible for any separate arrangement between a host and an agency.

7. Your content

You own the content you create, including live streams, messages, photos and comments (“Content”). By sharing Content on the App you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, stream and share it to run, improve and promote the App. You confirm that you have the rights to any Content you share and that it does not break any law or anyone else’s rights. Live streams are public by default and may be seen, recorded or shared by others.

8. What is not allowed

You must not use the App to:

• share nudity, sexual content or sexual services of any kind;
• involve, show or target anyone under 18;
• bully, harass, threaten or hate on anyone because of who they are;
• promote violence, self-harm, terrorism, weapons or illegal drugs;
• cheat people, run scams, gamble or ask for money outside the App;
• impersonate another person or brand;
• share someone else’s private information without their permission;
• stream copyrighted content you do not have rights to;
• use bots, hacks or any tool to manipulate gifts, rankings or rewards;
• break any law that applies to you.

9. Moderation and account suspension

We may review, remove or restrict any Content and may warn, mute, suspend or permanently close any account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk, with or without notice. If you think we made a mistake, you can appeal by writing to .

10. Payments and app stores

Purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are also subject to those stores’ own terms. Payment details are handled by the store or by our payment partner; we do not store your full card details.

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or secure. We are not responsible for what other users say or do, including in live streams, chats or video calls. Please use care when meeting or sharing information with people you met online.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or reputation. Our total liability to you for any claim will not be more than the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover us for any claims, losses or costs that arise because you broke these terms, broke the law, or infringed someone else’s rights through your use of the App.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of . Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith by contacting us. If it cannot be settled, it will be handled by the courts of , unless the law of your country gives you a different right.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If the changes are important, we will also tell you inside the App. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated terms.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account details: name or nickname, phone number or email, date of birth, gender, profile photo.
• Host verification: government ID and a selfie, used only to confirm identity and age.
• Content: live streams, messages, comments, photos and voice notes you share.
• Support requests and anything you send us through the contact form.

Information collected automatically

• Device details such as model, operating system, app version and device identifiers.
• Log data such as IP address, approximate location (city level), time zone and crash reports.
• How you use the App, such as streams watched, gifts sent and features used.

Payment information. Coin purchases are processed by Google Play, the Apple App Store or our payment partner. We receive a record of the purchase but not your full card details.

2. How we use your information

• To create and run your account and provide the App’s features.
• To process coin purchases, gifts and host rewards.
• To keep the community safe: checking age, finding fake accounts, preventing fraud and moderating content.
• To show you streams and people you may like.
• To respond to your questions and send important service messages.
• To meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the App (cloud hosting, video streaming, payment processing, customer support, analytics), under contracts that protect your data.
• Agencies you choose to join as a host, limited to what is needed to support you.
• Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect someone’s safety.
• A buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged.

4. Public information

Your profile name, photo, live streams and public comments can be seen by other users. Please think before sharing personal details in a live stream.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where we must keep certain records for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.

6. How we protect it

We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular security reviews. No system is fully secure, so please use a strong password and keep your login private.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, download or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or object to certain uses. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the App, or by emailing . We will reply within 30 days.

8. Age limit

The App is for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it and close the account.

9. International transfers

Our servers and service providers may be located outside your country. When we move data across borders, we use legal safeguards to protect it.

10. Cookies on this website

This website uses only basic cookies needed for it to work and simple, anonymous visit statistics. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

11. Grievance officer

If you have a complaint about how your data or content is handled, contact our grievance officer:

We may update this policy. We will post changes here and update the date at the top. Important changes will also be shown in the App.

Be respectful

Treat people the way you want to be treated. No bullying, insults, threats or hate based on religion, caste, race, gender, sexuality, disability or nationality.

Keep it clean

No nudity, sexual acts, sexual talk or sexual services. Dress as you would in a public place. Hosts must not ask viewers for gifts in return for sexual content.

Adults only, always

No one under 18 may appear in a stream, even in the background. Any content that sexualises or endangers children is reported to the authorities.

No scams or outside deals

Never ask for money, bank details or payments outside the App. Do not sell coins or accounts. Report anyone who does.

Stay safe

No violence, weapons, drugs, dangerous stunts or content that encourages self-harm. Do not stream while driving.

Be real

Do not pretend to be someone else, use fake gifts or bots, or mislead people about who you are.

What happens if rules are broken

Depending on how serious it is, we may give a warning, end a live stream, mute or suspend an account, hold host rewards, or permanently ban the user. Serious cases may be reported to the police.
